💡 New Datagrid Improvements

We've improved the Datagrid and now you can translate the language in the filter dropdown menu and leverage powerful filtering and sorting capabilities.

🌐 Translate the language in the filter dropdown menu

Configure the language used in the filter dropdown menu and filter option text to English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, or a custom language:

1. In Settings, navigate to "Language"
2. Select your preferred language from the dropdown options

Custom filter languages

If you select Custom, click on the property "Locale texts" and pass in your object with your custom language defined. You can customize as many or as few entries as needed. Any keys not specified in your custom language object will fall back to the default English text.

🔀 Filter and sort

The Datagrid offers powerful filtering capabilities that can be further customized to support different filtering and sorting configurations.

Filter configuration​

You can set up filters that will be applied when the Datagrid first loads:

1. Navigate to Settings and locate "Initial Filters"
2. Input an object that defines which columns to filter and how

The filter object structure depends on the column type and whether you're using a single condition or multiple conditions.

Sorting configuration​​

You can set up sorting rules that will be applied when the Datagrid first loads:

1. In Settings, go to "Initial Sort"
2. Input an array that defines which columns to sort by and in what order
